\nJob Summary
\nAs a Research Nurse 1, you'll assist principal investigators with clinical trials following guidelines. Gain knowledge on trial phases from start to finish. Learn all aspects of the position.
\nWhat You'll Do
\n\nCollaborating with departments on research. Working under a research head. Interacting with investigators and managers. Provide education for healthcare professionals. Coordinate with Pharmacy for projects.\nYou will learn to review new study protocols and materials from sponsors.\nYou will screen patients for clinical trial eligibility according to HIPAA standards, which is a core part of your role.\nYou'll help complete study activities by returning supplies, disposing unused stock, and addressing all queries thoroughly.\nYour responsibilities will also extend to assisting with the preparation of final reports for the Institutional Review Board.\nYou'll develop skills to effectively use the Study Assistant Clinical Trials Management System, as per departmental requirements.\n\nWhat Will Make You Successful In The Role
\n\nOutstanding ability in both written and spoken communication.\nHighly developed computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nProven capability to handle time-sensitive projects while adhering to strict deadlines.\nBest skills in establishing and maintaining productive working relationships.\nPast experience of less than a year is acceptable, though not mandatory.\n\nBelonging Statement

\nQualifications
\n\nAssociate's degree.\nRegistered Nurse (RN) License.\nBLS certification within 30 days.\n
