\nA Program Coordinator Nurse uses nursing values to organize programs. They are a key contact for staff and oversee budgets. Responsibilities include organizing services, resolving issues, and improving patient care.
\nEssential Functions of the Role
\n\nOrchestrating and publicising programs, including delivering training and continuous learning opportunities for our team.\nActing as a conduit between the team, advisory committee, and facility management, including the marketing team.\nEngaging in and coordinating the annual planning and review of programs.\nPlanning, conducting, and sharing evaluations of our program's efficacy.\nParticipating in the Advisory Committee and attending all its meetings.\nGathering and processing all results-related data promptly and accurately.\nEnforcing ongoing quality improvement initiatives to meet the standards of relevant regulatory bodies.\nHandling program-related correspondence and records, ensuring medical records are up-to-date, verifying patient charges, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and evaluating financial summaries.\nHandling patient concerns regarding our services, resolving these issues and documenting the resolution process.\nManaging medication as per program protocols, when requested by the patient's doctor.\n\nKey Success Factors

\nSHIFT/SCHEDULE: Full-time days, 10-hour weekly shifts and every other weekend.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in NursingHave a minimum of (3) three years professional nursing experienceCurrently have or can get a BLS certification within 30 days of employment if not already certified.RN
