Job Descriptions:
The RN Supervisor serves as the hub and team leader for all patient care team members within their Pod. The RN Supervisor sees patients independently, within their nursing scope, and they assist the MA or provider with complicated cases. Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 starting, DOE.

Duties
+ Leadership and Supervision of nursing care in their Pod.
+ Coordinate the daily patient care delivery within their pod or team
+ Assist with clinic flow by performing pre-visit assessment for new patients, medication reconciliation, setting the agenda for the visit, and providing patient education.
+ Perform/direct patient care services including, but not limited to, admission interview, accurate documentation and timely patient flow.
+ Assures accurate medication reconciliation for complex patients on multiple medications
+ Triage patient telephone calls utilizing knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice.
Required Experience:
+ RN License, current and in good standing with the state of California
+ Two years RN experience.
+ Current CPR Certificate.
