RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN SUPERVISOR: + Administrating treatments and documentation + Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs. + Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis. + Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing-related needs. + All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
