We are seeking a Registered Nurse(RN) to: 

Lead a team of RN Case Managers and RN Care Coordinators. Establish quality improvement efforts to support the delivery of patient and family focused care. Facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration among disciplines. Maintain compliance with all clinical policies, procedures and regulations.
