RN Supervisor II- Hematology/Oncology
**Responsibilities** The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical responsibilities of Hematology/Oncology Clinic, Radiation Oncology Clinic, and/or Infusion Center operations. The Nursing Supervisor should be knowledgeable in all areas of the Cancer Services Department. This position will work on a multidisciplinary team and is accountable for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care. This person will play an active role in Cancer Center accreditation processes **Job Title: RN Supervisor II- Hematology/Oncology** **Location: Main Campus** **Department:** **Hematology/Oncology** **Job Type: Full Time** **Salary Range: $** **95,111 - $117,494 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)** **Qualifications** **Education** Required: Graduate of an approved RN program Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing **Experience** Required: 5-7 years clinical RN experience 2+ years oncology, infusion, or equivalent specialty experience 2+ years of supervisor/management experience and/or related leadership role Preferred: Ambulatory clinic experience **License(s)** Required: Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas Preferred: N/A **Special Skills** Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Assoc.
