Position: Evening RN Supervisor
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Evening Shift: 2:15 PM to 10:30 PM)
Weekend Rotation: Only 1 weekend per month (or less)
On-Call Rotation: Yes
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $38.00 to $47.00 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500.00

Key Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor: Promote and restore patients' health through effective management and direction of nursing staff. Foster a collaborative team environment with physicians and multidisciplinary professionals. Provide physical and psychological support to patients, families, and friends. Ensure high standards of patient care and safety. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills. Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities. Leadership: Proven team leadership skills and a positive attitude. RN Requirements: Current New York State RN Licensure. Experience in long-term care or medical/surgical settings preferred but not required. Supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory. What We Offer: $7,500 RN Sign-On Bonus.
