As a Nursing Operating Room Supervisor, you manage a skilled team to provide safe, compassionate care for patients. You create a professional environment and promote synergy for positive results. You oversee productivity and operations, assist with planning policies, manage budgets and resources, and implement quality initiatives and programs. You are crucial in meeting goals.

What You'll Do

\n\nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate patient care.\nOversee team members, ensuring they deliver appropriate and efficient care tailored to patient requirements.\nEncourage and implement evidence-supported practices and research within the department.\nStand up for the nursing staff, advocating for fair and ethical practices at all times.\nTake the initiative in facilitating learning and professional development opportunities for the team.\nJoin hands with team members to ensure high-quality, safe care is consistently delivered.\nRegularly evaluate and strive to improve practices within the nursing environment.\nPrudently manage resources.\nTake responsibility for the smooth functioning of daily operations.\n\n

What Will Make You Successful In The Role

Qualifications

\n\nAssociate Degree\nHaving a minimum of (2) two years experience\nRegistered Nurse\nBasic Life Support certification within 30 days.\n
