POSITION SUMMARY Supervises and supports the call center to include both clinical and clerical staff to ensure patient and provider communications are handled in a manner that promotes the health of Pinnacle Cardiovascular Associates. This includes working internally with providers and staff as well as external providers and their staff. Maintenance and coordination of provider schedules to ensure optimal utilization of clinical time. Commitment to elevating the patient experience is a must. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Graduate of a Registered Nurse program or ADN.
Minimum Experience N/A
Required Registration/License/Certification Licensed or eligible for licensing in the State of Alabama as RN.  BLS within 90 days of date of hire or transfer.
Preferred Education N/A
Preferred Experience Prior clinical experience. Prior supervisory experience.
Preferred Registration/License/Certification Bachelor’s degree.  BLS.
