Responsibilities
As our Telemetry Nurse at St Mary Medical Center you’ll put your nursing skills and knowledge to the test as you closely monitor your patients’ vitals like blood pressure oxygen saturation heart rhythms and respiration. You’ll also put patients and their loved ones at ease by explaining test results in a way they can understand and make significant healthcare decisions.
Our transitional fellowship programs have been created to assist in the professional development of nurses who have more than 12 months of nursing experience, yet have not worked in acute care, have had a break from acute care or are seeking to change specialties in nursing.

Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year current registered nursing experience requiredRegistered Nurse with current California License required.Current AHA BLS card required.Additional Certifications to be required based on department selection.Must be able to complete entire program with perfect attendance recordMust be able to work 3 days per week after completing the first 12 weeks of residencyMust be able to work or train on either night or day shifts, including holidaysMust agree to the terms and conditions of the program.
