RN - Transplant Coordinator at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Of Orange in Orange, CA.  This is a full-time position that will work Monday - Friday. There is a Call rotation with other caregivers in this role for phone triage.

Under the direction of the Department Manager of the Renal Center and Renal Transplant Medical Director, the Transplant Coordinator provides professional direct and indirect multi-problem nursing care for a selected population of transplant candidates, recipients, and living donors; serves as coordinator between patients, hospital staff, community physicians, and the transplant center; does related work as required.

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Graduate of a school of nursing or equivalent educ/experience or Current enrollment in an accelerated program leading to a BSN or MSN degree. upon hire: California Registered Nurse License. 1 year Nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year Organ transplant or procurement experience. upon hire: Certification CCTC or CCTN through the American Board of Transplant Coordinators.
