Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced RN Unit Managers to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and manage unit operations. Develop, implement, and enforce employee policies and procedures. Mentor and support less experienced nurses, providing clinical guidance and career development advice. Establish and uphold standards of care for the unit. Review resident records and monitor quality of care provided. Conduct case reviews and ensure individualized care plans are followed. Address inquiries and concerns from residents and their families promptly and professionally. Ensure the unit is adequately stocked with necessary medical supplies. Advocate for the unit's interests to upper management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care (preferred) At least 1 year of experience in a Unit Manager role (preferred) Valid RN License is required. Basic computer skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
