Job Title: RNS/LPNS

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Triage Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 months of experience as an RN or LPN in a Short Term Rehab facility and hold a valid NYS LPN or RN license. This role involves planning, directing, coordinating, delegating, and evaluating the activities of all nursing personnel within the assigned area, conducting daily rounds, and facilitating conferences with unit staff to review specific patient care and recent policy changes.

ResponsibilitiesEndorse, interpret, and enforce the objectives and procedures of the facility and the Nursing Department.Plan, direct, coordinate, delegate, and evaluate the activities of all nursing personnel within the assigned area.Conduct daily rounds.Conduct daily conferences with unit staff to review specific patient care and communicate and interpret recent policy and procedure changes.Extend courtesy to all unit visitors and assist them in contributing to the emotional needs of all patients.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 months experience as an RN in Short Term RehabMinimum of 3 months experience as an LPN in Short Term RehabNYS LPN or RN licenseGood oral and written communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsGraduate from an accredited school of nursing3 months experience supervising support staff3 months experience working with elderly populationCommitment to working desired shifts and every other weekendWork Environment

This is a fully on-site position in New Rochelle, New York. The schedule includes Full-Time, Part Time, and Per Diem openings with morning, evening, and night shifts, and alternating weekends.

The hours are: MUST be ok with working weekends

1st Shift: 7am - 3pm

2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm

3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00
