Associa is currently looking for a road crew member to join our team. The Road Crew Member is responsible for maintaining all road surfaces throughout the community. During winter months the Road Crew Member is responsible to plow all roads in the community as determined by rules and regulations and supervisor. Road Crew Members will also assist in maintaining common areas, front gate, office, and maintenance buildings.

M - F 6am - 2pm during winter

\n

M - Th 6am - 4pm during summer

How Our Employees Make an Impact?

\n\nGrading dirt road as needed/scheduled.\nPlow all roads in community to ensure all asphalt sections remain plowed and salted from 5:00am to 10:00pm.\nMaintaining shoulders of asphalt roads as needed/scheduled.\nCreating and maintaining water ditches next to roadways to keep water from damaging roads.\nMaintain culverts as needed/scheduled.\nWeekly grooming of snowmobile easement during winter. Spring and fall maintenance of easement.\nGeneral maintenance of common areas.\n\n Requirements\nAbility to operate snowplow equipment.\nAbility to operate heavy equipment.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis\n\n

Certifications and Licenses:

\n\nValid CDL driver’s license.\nCDL required
\n\nwill consider CDL tuition reimbursement for right candidate\n\n\n\n
