With at least three years of grader experience, you'll teach, direct, and collaborate with a team while ensuring safety and quality. Things You will Do + Operate a grader safely & efficiently. + Prep for asphalt and concrete paving on highways, roads, and construction sites. + Teach and direct team members. + Read and understand project plans and specifications. + Measure, mark and record openings and distances to lay out work areas. Requirements + Experience + At least 3 years of experience operating a Road Grader. + At least 1 year of experience operating a loader, skid steer , and roller. + Experience in a dozer or excavator is a plus. + Ability to read plans, grades stakes and operate Trimble GPS + Additional Requirements + Must be 18 years or older. + Ability to bend, sit for extended periods, and work in the heat. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance. + Attention and commitment to safety. + Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
