Downer's Road Maintenance & ITS business operate from a network of over 50 depots and maintain more than 33,000 km of road. We currently have opportunities available within critical maintenance activities and upgrade works across Melbourne’s iconic CityLink, West Gate Freeway/Bridge, M80 interchange, and the new West Gate Tunnel.

We are looking to appoint a Road Maintenance Worker to deliver routine maintenance activities of roads, bridges, tunnels and other associated infrastructure on the Citylink network. In this role you will assist with a variety of road maintenance activities including but not limited to landscaping, graffiti removal, pothole patching. This position is essential for maintaining the safety of the Citylink network and minimising disruptions for motorists.

What you’ll bring

Ideally you will have exposure across either - Civil, Mechanical, Roadside Maintenance works Have a current MR licence, Construction White Card & Traffic Control Ticket  Strong safety focus - actively participate in and support Downer Zero Harm initiatives and strategies A can-do attitude and strong ‘team player’ with the proven ability to work efficiently with a team
