Salary: $52,000 - $62,400 The service technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain customer's equipment. Job Responsibilities: + Perform highly diversified duties to install and repair fluid handling products. + Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of pumping equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment. + Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. + Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic. + Read and interpret pump manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. + Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments. + Perform regular preventive maintenance on pumps and equipment. + Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. + Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Basic Hiring Criteria: + High school diploma or equivalent. Desired Qualifications: + Post-secondary or trade school is preferred but not required. Benefits offered vary by contract.
