ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking a motivated civil engineer to join our Roadway team to help us produce Roadway projects. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a client server with an industry leader, working on exciting projects in the Twin Cities area. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and an interest in marketing/serving clients, as well as a desire to eventually lead their own practice and manage a team.
Qualifications BS degree in Civil EngineeringCurrent P.E. registration in the State of Minnesota or ability to obtain within 6-12 months4+ years of relevant municipal or DOT engineering design experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding organizational skillsStrong sense of self-initiative to meet client deadlinesAbility to work both independently and as part of a team#LI-RM2
