The Role

Facilitates guest interaction in the lobby lounge, assists guests on the use of the beverage robot, and develops a rapport to ensure guests have a memorable visit.

Responsibilities

Greets guests immediately upon entry into the venue.

Assists guests on placing drink orders from the tablet and retrieving order from the robot.

Educates guests on the experience.

Answers questions about products available.

Assists with cleaning of the equipment and the venue.

Restocks handles of robot as necessary.

Cuts and restocks condiments for the cocktails.

Seats guests in a fair and consistent manner.

Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service.

Listens to, evaluates and handles guest complaints in a courteous, professional manner. Notifies supervisor of guest concerns immediately.

Maintains knowledge of property information, promotions, events, food venues, entertainment, memorabilia, etc.

Abides to guest service standards.

Promotes outstanding guest relations and treats every guest with courtesy & kindness.

Completes assigned side work duties, such as cleaning and restocking.

Returns any lost and found articles to supervisor immediately.

Resolves guest issues. Notifies supervisor of guest issues as appropriate.

Communicates with supervisor if there are any concerns, questions, or complaints.

Promotes safety awareness to minimize injuries.

Upholds the Mission Statement – We create authentic experiences that rock.

Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.

Qualifications

A. Knowledge: The level of education, experience, and training an individual must have at minimum to be considered qualified for the position.

B. Skills: Specific skills such as computer usage, communication, 10-key touch, etc.

C. Abilities: The physical components of the job and how the physical aspect is accomplished. Does the position require LIFTING 50 pounds, or does it require one to MOVE 50 pounds. Can the 50 pounds be moved using a dolly or cart? High School diploma general education (GED).

Must be very detailed oriented.

Must project a professional and positive image.

Must have a high level of energy

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to deal with people in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests.

Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, & special events (Banquet) as needed.

CARE certified

Must possess basic computer skills.

Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

Training

All employees are required to complete mandatory compliance training within thirty (30) days of hire date, then annually thereafter. Training marked with an asterisk below must be completed prior to reporting to their respective work area. The below courses are required for this position:
