Robotic Customer Support

Summary: Seeking a Robot Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support and ensure smooth operations for users of advanced robotic technology in the sports industry.

Requirements:

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Foundational understanding of software automation and/or mechatronics Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with the sports industry Experience using CRM systems like Hubspot Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as Samsung Knox and TeamViewer

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer requests for operational or technical support Provide clear guidance and troubleshooting assistance to robot users Maintain accurate support tickets documenting customer interactions Update and manage customer records as needed Assist in analyzing data to improve customer support operations

Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
