What You Will Do:
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and evaluating business processes that can be automated, ensuring that automation aligns with organizational goals. They work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document workflows for automation. Additionally, they collaborate with technical teams to oversee the implementation and ensure the automated processes function efficiently and meet performance objectives.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance; must UPGRADE and MAINTAIN a Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) and Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph  Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
SIX (6) or more years of experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Experience in integrating RPA solutions with other systems such as databases, ERP, or CRM platforms.
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for maintaining and optimizing automated workflows.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Masters degree
Strong understanding of business process and workflow automation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles
