Robotic Process Automation Developer
We are seeking a skilled UiPath RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and scaling our RPA capabilities to optimize our operational processes. The ideal candidate will be experienced in overseeing the UiPath environment, ensuring stable and efficient operation of our RPA systems and facilitating effective integrations with ServiceNow and other ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain UiPath RPA software and tools across various environments (development, test, production). Manage UiPath tools for deployment, monitoring, and management of RPA bots and processes. Ensure high availability and reliability of RPA systems and VM’s through proactive maintenance and performance tuning. Work closely with RPA developers and business stakeholders to deploy and stabilize bots and automated workflows. Work with development teams to address and resolve backlog items, ensuring timely delivery of prioritized tasks. Lead the effort in troubleshooting and triaging issues related to RPA bots and their performance including regular communication with stakeholders. Enforce best practices for security and governance around RPA implementations. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and policies. Document technical problems, resolutions, and processes for maintenance and support. Facilitate continuous improvement by integrating new technologies and updating existing systems as necessary. Provide training and support to RPA users and developers on best practices and usage of UiPath tools. Coordinate with IT to requisition and manage user account credentials for RPA processes. Maintain and optimize runtime schedules for all RPA processes. Availability for evening and weekend work as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an RPA administrator, specifically with UiPath products. Strong understanding of UiPath components (Studio, Robots, Orchestrator). Experience managing and creation of dashboards using UiPath Insights Experience in managing backlogs and supporting the development lifecycle of RPA processes. Hands-on experience in integrating UiPath with ServiceNow and configuring ticketing workflows. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, .Net etc. Familiarity with database management and basic SQL queries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
UiPath RPA Developer certification. Experience in integrating RPA with different business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Experience with RPA in a Citrix environment
