Reporting to the Department Supervisor, a Robotics Technician is responsible for developing and maintaining processes for robots in our robotic polishing department. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, this is the role for you. Successful candidates will have some prior experience in fabrication. **What You Will Do:** + Program polishing robots + Develop Robotic process to polish parts + Establish base line & maintain on-going measurements related to robot productivity + Problem solve robotic issues and polishing issues + Recommend, test and implement process changes + Participate with Engineering in installation of new robotic processes + Keep abreast of latest programming techniques and recommend new processes and technology + Optimize robot program through requisite knowledge of abrasives, programming and analysis of part movement through process **What You Need to Succeed:** + High school diploma or GED required.
