Robotic Welder Operator **Specialized Recruiting Group** 1 Positions ID: 52954 Posted On 09/16/2024 **Job Overview** **Specialized Recruiting Group** has an exciting new job opening for a **Robotic Welder Operator** ! **Location:** Dubuque, IA **Pay Range:** $25-$30 per hour **Responsibilities:** + Set up, maintain, and operate robotic welding equipment. + Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and technical data. + Use an overhead crane to mount, align, and secure tooling and workpieces. + Operate both manual and robotic welding machines. + Inspect work for visual weld defects during operation. + Ensure parts meet specifications and obtain Quality Control sign-off. + Report labor hours accurately. + Maintain and clean equipment. + Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. **Requirements:** + High school diploma or GED. + AWS CRAW Certification preferred. + 2-4 years of experience with programming and operating robotic welding systems (Sumig welders experience is a plus). + Strong critical thinking, eye/hand coordination, and manual dexterity. + Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings. + Proficient in reading/writing and understanding work instructions, work orders, and customer specifications. + Basic math and measurement skills. + Ability to accurately read a tape measure and caliper. **Benefits & Incentives:** + (4) 10-hour days with optional overtime. + Weekly pay. + 401(k) plan with company match. + Medical, dental, and vision insurance. + Vacation, PTO, and paid holidays. + Annual performance reviews. + Attendance incentive programs. + Monthly employee events. + Employee referral bonus program. **How to Apply:** If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your resume on Access Dubuque.
