Robotics Electrical Technican
MAU is hiring a Field Robotics Engineer for EPICA International in Landrum, SC. As a Field Robotics Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing robotic systems and electrical components. This role requires a deep understanding of robotics, automation systems, and electrical circuits to ensure optimal performance and reliability of robotic equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve installation goals and continuously enhance the efficiency of robotic systems. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

  General Requirements Proficiency in PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring, and industrial control systems Familiarity with robotic programming languages and platforms (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA, etc.) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Essential Functions Install, test, and configure robotic and electrical systems according to technical specifications and safety standards Ensure systems are properly aligned with operational goals during installation Perform routine maintenance and preventive tasks to maintain operational efficiency Diagnose and repair electrical and robotic malfunctions, minimizing downtime Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve system issues Program and calibrate robotic systems to meet specific tasks and production requirements Adjust robotic paths, sequences, and speeds to enhance precision and efficiency Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for system improvements Collaborate with engineers, operators, and quality control teams to optimize system performance Train team members on the safe handling and operation of robotic systems
