Job Title: Robotics EngineerJob Description The Robotics Engineer will spend most of their time working with ROBOGUIDE. This role is essential in developing trustworthy robotic systems and creating digital simulations for packaging and palletizing systems. The engineer will work on delivering collision-free systems that meet all customer requirements and contribute significantly to the company's growth. Responsibilities + Own the simulation foundation for developing a trustworthy robot. + Create digital simulations of robotics in packaging and palletizing systems, delivering collision-free systems that meet all customer requirements. + Develop and oversee custom tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of robotic simulation workflows and testing. + Develop off-line programs for current robotic system builds and future builds. + Price and recommend the most beneficial robotic components needed to achieve customer requirements. + Collaborate with the Applications Engineering Team to integrate Robotics into mechanical automation. + Travel to customer sites for application verification and sales support, and attend various Trade Shows, Expos, and training for continued personal growth. Essential Skills + Proficiency in robotic programming, specifically Fanuc programming and control. + Experience with Fanuc robotics and using ROBOGUIDE to create simulations. + Strong technical resource capabilities supporting pre-sale and post-sale activities. + BS in Robotics, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent education and work experience. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in Fanuc robotic simulations. + Demonstrated experience with simulation frameworks and applying simulations to expedite real robot development. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in pricing and recommending robotic components. + Ability to develop custom tools for enhancing simulation workflows. + Capability to work independently and directly contribute to the company's profit growth through robotics. Work Environment Clean office environment working with cutting-edge robots. The role requires travel to customer sites and various industry events for application verification, sales support, and personal growth training. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $57.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
