Robotics Engineer
Exciting Robotics Engineer Opportunity!!

Job Description

The Robotics Engineer will spend most of their time working with ROBOGUIDE. The primary duties include developing trustworthy robotic systems, creating digital simulations for packaging and palletizing systems, and delivering collision-free systems that meet customer requirements. The role also involves developing and overseeing custom tools to enhance robotic simulation workflows, creating off-line programs for current and future robotic system builds, pricing and recommending robotic components, and collaborating with the Applications Engineering Team to integrate robotics into mechanical automation. Travel is required for customer site visits, application verification, sales support, trade shows, expos, and training.

ResponsibilitiesOwn the simulation foundation for developing a trustworthy robot.Create digital simulations of robotics in packaging and palletizing systems, ensuring collision-free systems that meet customer requirements.Develop and oversee custom tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of robotic simulation workflows and testing.Develop off-line programs for current and future robotic system builds.Price and recommend the most beneficial robotic components to meet customer requirements.Collaborate with the Applications Engineering Team to integrate robotics into mechanical automation.Travel to customer sites for application verification and sales support, attend trade shows, expos, and participate in training for continued personal growth.Essential SkillsProficiency in robotic programming and Fanuc programming.Experience with Fanuc control and Fanuc robotics.Proficiency in using ROBOGUIDE to create simulations.Key technical resource for supporting pre-sale and post-sale activities.Accelerating development processes, optimizing robotic designs, and ensuring robustness and reliability for customer deployments.Additional Skills & QualificationsBS in Robotics, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent education and work experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in Fanuc simulations.Demonstrated experience with simulation frameworks and applying simulations to expedite real robot development.Work Environment

The role is based in a clean office environment working with cutting-edge robots. The position offers the opportunity to work independently and contribute directly to the company's growth through robotics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $57.00
