Job Title: Robotics Engineer

Job Description

Actalent is seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer to perform complete system engineering for industrial automation projects. This role involves component selection, sizing, and robotic programming. The ideal candidate will have experience in robotic cell design and layout within industrial applications.

ResponsibilitiesPerform complete system engineering for industrial automation projects.Select and size components for robotic systems.Design and layout robotic cells for industrial applications.Program robots, including Fanuc and Kawasaki models.Support projects from start to completion, including client support.Design and program 5 & 6 axis robotic systems.Essential Skills10 years of experience in industrial control system applications with robotics (5 & 6 axis).8 years of experience in control system applications from project start to completion with client support.Experience designing and programming robotic systems.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in fluid design with pneumatic and hydraulic schematic systems.Experience working for an integrator with robotics.Experience with PLCs and LadderLogix.Experience with ABB RobotStudio.Must be available and willing to work overtime occasionally to meet customer project commitments.Occasional travel (20% or less) required to work on customer sites for 3-5 days.Work Environment

The work environment includes an office setting with occasional overtime when needed to meet customer commitments. The role requires being on the floor while the teams build the equipment to support the projects.

Standard working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $65.00
