Job Title: Robotics Programmer Engineer
Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Robotics Programmer with expertise in Fanuc 3DV technology. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and optimizing Fanuc robots equipped with 3DV technology to meet various automation needs. You will be part of the Automation Services team, supporting multiple automation projects, and collaborating with engineering and project teams to design and integrate robotic systems.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and implement robotic programs for Fanuc robots using 3DV technology.Collaborate with engineering and project teams to design and integrate robotic systems into customer applications.Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal robot performance.Customize and optimize robotic programs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cycle times.Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on the use of Fanuc 3DV technology.Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotic programming and Fanuc technologies.Essential Skills3+ years working and programming Fanuc robots specifically with 3DV technology.Experience in robotic programming, particularly with Fanuc 3DV.Knowledge of automotive industry standards and practices.Experience with MIG welding technology.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with ABB robots is a major plus.Ability to work on multiple projects across different locations.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Work Environment

This is an on-site role primarily based in Southeast Michigan. You will work with various customers, potentially spending 3-8 months on-site at locations ranging from Shelby Township to Auburn Hills and Metro Detroit. When not on a customer project, you will be based in Whitmore Lake. The work environment involves working closely with a growing team in the automation industry, offering opportunities for skill expansion and career growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
