The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in systems engineering, coding (C++ and Python), robotics, mechatronics, and 3D printing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. **Key Responsibilities:** + ?? Lead the design, development, and implementation of turbine manufacturing processes, utilizing systems engineering principles. + ? Apply **C++ and Python** for coding design, simulation, and automation of manufacturing workflows. + ? Innovate and optimize production systems, integrating **robotics, mechatronics, and automation** solutions to enhance productivity and product quality. + ?? Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate **3D printing technologies** into turbine production for prototyping and manufacturing. + ? Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing techniques to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. + ? Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues alongside other engineers and technicians, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality turbine systems. + ? Implement best practices in coding design and systems integration to streamline operations and reduce downtime. + ? Foster a culture of **innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement** in the manufacturing process. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + ? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering,** or a related field. + ? Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly within the **turbine or energy industry** . + ? Strong programming skills in **C++ and Python** for design and automation tasks. + ? Experience with **robotics integration** and **mechatronic systems** . + ?? Hands-on experience with **3D printing** and **additive manufacturing** technologies. + ??
