Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Robotics Programmer is responsible for the operation, programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the paint robots for all phases in production. The Robotics Programmer also has accountability to program pai robots for any new product development.

YOUR IMPACT:  

Operate robots, train others, and observe robots in operation to maintain safety quality and throughput. Oversee operation of the robot and troubleshoot and correct problems that may occur to the robot.Generate a consistent application of all robots in the paint shop, while also increasing economic use of robotsRealize defects, analyze them, and avoid malfunction by taking appropriate measuresDemonstrate solid rapport with clients, peers, team members, and leadership in order to communicate details of paint robots.Coordinate maintenance, repair and reconstruction work tasks in cooperation with shift supervisors, maintenance staff and external service staffAdministrate all robot programs, the list of programs and bring backups up to dateOther duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

Associate degree or its educational equivalent.Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area of robotic welding.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

Robotic certification preferred or ability to travel to trainExperience in the field or in a related area of Robotic Paint
