Our Robotics Solutions Engineer program is structured to provide in-depth technical training, hands-on experience, and exposure to real-world challenges faced by our Systems Integration Engineering and Service Solutions teams. New Product Introduction (NPI): Gain a deep understanding of the capital equipment NPI process, learning how new robotic technologies are developed, manufactured, tested, and launched. This includes involvement in the key stages of robotic components production and assembly, understanding quality control processes, compliance standards, and ensuring systems are ready for use in clinical settings. Field Service Procedures: Acquire knowledge and hands-on experience in installation, deployment, upgrades, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $59,000 to $85,100. California Bay Area - The anticipated base pay range for this position is $69,000 to $110,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis
