**Job Title: Automation/Robotics Technician - Up To 40/Hr!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Automation/Robotics Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of robotic systems and related equipment. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and troubleshoot over 100 robots, including Sepro, Fanuc, and others. + PLC troubleshooting using Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs. + Diagnose and resolve sensor issues on robots. + Dismantle defective machines and equipment, and install new or repaired parts. + Install and repair electrical systems (480v), including transformers, wiring, and electronic components of machinery. + Perform robotic cell setup and changeovers, including program touch-ups, end of arm tooling adjustments, and fixture setups to achieve first-piece approval. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. **Essential Skills** + 5 years of experience as a robotics/automation technician. + High school diploma or GED. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting. + Experience with robotic arm changes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to wear steel toe boots. + Experience with electrical systems (480v, 3-phase). + Knowledge of automation, robotics troubleshooting, and robot programming. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with benefits that start on day one once hired directly.
