Robotics Technician/Programmer Opportunity Job Description - Implement improvements to robotic systems (Welding, Sealing, and Handling) and improve overall product Quality. - Evaluate efficiency of welding jobs. - Modify existing robot programs to accommodate new models. - Support installation, programming, and maturation of new robot systems. - Support recovery from downtime in any assigned zone within the department as needed. Essential Function and Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot Robot concerns and make program adjustments and improvements as necessary. - Effectively program robots to New Model Specifications and program robots as required to ensure a successful launch. - Evaluate and improve mass production quality of Weld applications and implement improvements to improve quality pass rates. - Evaluate and improve mass production delivery of Weld applications and implement improvements to improve delivery pass rates. - Interact with associates & robotics in a safe and reliable manner. Daily Tasks: - Plan and Report Daily Activity to support Safe and High Quality production of our products. - Support Individual and Department projects. - Support downtime situations by participating in Trouble Shooting activities. - Attend required meetings.
