Robotics Technician
**Job Title: Robotics Technician** **Job Description** As an automation and robotics technician on our team, you will be responsible for effectively troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining robots and automated equipment throughout the plant. **Responsibilities** + Complete advanced troubleshooting on 3-phase 480v systems and electrical circuits + Troubleshoot, maintain, and install automated machinery (VFDs, HMIs, PLCs, robots, etc.) + Repair and install hydraulic and pneumatic systems + Program or reroute robotic systems + Maintain facilities if necessary (compressors, air tanks, plumbing, lighting, overhead cranes, etc.) + Complete extensive PM program + Perform basic housekeeping (clean floors, clean work areas, etc.) + Use multi-meters and other electrical testing equipment + Interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic to assist with troubleshooting **Essential Skills** + Robotic troubleshooting and maintenance experience + PLC troubleshooting experience + Automation experience + Comfortable completing mechanical and electrical repairs **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PLC programming + Robotic programming + Any certificates within robotics or PLCs **Why Work Here?** + Brand new, state-of-the-art facility. New office areas and automated robots acting as forklifts to move material in and out of the facility. Employees are helpful and friendly.
