As the RIS Product Manager, you will be required to have a deep understanding and experience with digital product solutions in the Healthcare industry. You are required to identify, develop and deliver on digital products insight for key internal and external stakeholders, with the aim of driving the transformation of Healthcare systems in Indonesia. Responsible for leading the marketing and product related activities required to achieve the objectives and targets for Roche Information Solutions. This includes executing and monitoring marketing plans, strategy and sales tactics. Report to Business Development Manager - Digital Insights & ecosystem, all this position’s activities are to be consistent and conforming to PT Roche Indonesia policies and global & RDAP guidelines.
The Opportunity
Identify opportunities for Roche digital portfolio in Indonesia. Collaborate with local, regional and global counterparts to identify and support the Commercial Public, Commercial Private and Commercial Enabler teams for the launches, training & other specific requirements
Work with cross-functional teams in day-to-day activities, including but not limited to training, developing product launch plan, product transition, market analysis, competitor updates, marketing plan, customer enquiries, medical conference engagements, marketing notifications and product discontinuation
Ensuring the availability and continuity of products to maximize business success
Define an overarching business strategy for Diagnostic Insight (Navify lab Operation, Infinity POC, etc) and Healthcare Insight (navify Digital Pathology etc) market development by leveraging & intuitively combining solutions within the current solutions
Identify and prioritize markets/segments that may benefit from this approach from a market development perspective. Exploring new innovative commercial business models and collaborate with distributors to help and support the market development efforts
Staying abreast of trends in the external environment for Lab IT and Digital Insight market trends that could impact the business currently as well as in the future
Developing and implementing novel strategies and initiatives to address customer pain points. Close collaboration with stakeholders such as Commercial Public, Commercial Private, Commercial Enabler, Supply chain, Finance, Support team within the organization
Complete any other tasks and duties which are necessary or incidental to this position or as may be assigned from time to time
Who you are
You should hold a Bachelor/Master Degree from a reputable University majoring in IT, Medical Technology, Science Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in sales or marketing preferable in medical devices or diagnostics company
You should show good track records in marketing such as market research, market analysis, new product launch, product management, competitor analysis, pricing strategy, especially in Lab IT (e.g, LIS)
Familiar with overall Lab workflow and how Lab IT can improve processes and workflows is a plus
You should have strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills along with the ability to negotiate and move the issue to closure.
You should have good understanding of Healthcare/Lab IT and digital product solutions, IT system concept, Project management and data management
