Receives all incoming telephone calls and customers with a smile and provides "excel" service. Asks appropriate questions to facilitate prompt response; directs and routes calls/customers accordingly. Responds to requests for release of patient-related information from; physicians, patients, third-party payers, health care providers, patient financial services, attorneys, and subpoenas according to Medical Center policy and state regulations. Receives records requests from physician offices, retrieves charts upon request and delivers to appropriate location.

Required Qualifications:
Acute care or medical office experience in medicolegal correspondence.Preferred Qualifications:
