**Roller Operator** **Job Description** Seeking a full-time Roller Operator to join our paving crew. This role may also involve some site labor work until the true paving season kicks off. You must be comfortable operating a paving roller and be okay with traveling about an hour radius from the shop in East Stroudsburg. **Responsibilities** + Operate a paving roller efficiently and safely. + Assist with site labor work as needed, particularly outside the paving season. + Travel within a one-hour radius from East Stroudsburg for various job sites. + Perform general labor tasks related to asphalt paving and grading. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating a paving roller. + Knowledge of construction, paving, and asphalt operations. + Proficiency with heavy equipment and grading. + Ability to perform general labor duties related to asphalt paving. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with dirt work and other general labor tasks. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
