Purpose
To maintain and expand the business for assigned key accounts, develop RoS business on both RoS cables and assembly solutions To maintain and develop the business for rolling stock OEM and distributor Support segment head to improve the team managementAreas of responsibility
Responsibilities:
Support segment head to build up team routines to improve the business monitoring and project execution Take overall responsible in sales work to support Rolling Stock sales development, included but not limited in developing the key customers business, achieve sales target in CM, invoiced sales, order intake, overdue and shipment without invoice, as well as for their subsidiaries Manage relationship with key customers and their subsidiaries. Be responsible for channel development and 100% guarantee compliance. Take leading role in the business of ZELC, TEG and CQCK etc. BD on rolling stock OEM and distributor New business development and expand, e.g. oversea business, harness business, etc. Manage and negotiate local contracts (be compliance with the overall strategy) Be responsible for money collection. Support other functions in case of problems. Support Rolling Stock Sales Director in case of problems.Expected results
Achieve annual Sales Target Support segment head to improve the team management in a more structured and transparent way Maintain and keep good relationship with customers Identify and develop new business opportunity for further growthPosition sizing (A few key indicators of the position such as: Turnover, Budget, Sales volume, number of N-1 etc.)
Meet budget for the assigned key accounts (sales, CM and collection, including OD improvement)Required skills and qualifications (Management and function competencies regarding available Nexans models, personal attributes, education, experience)
List of Competencies for Rolling Stock Key Account Manager
Bachelor or above degree, major in Business or relevant background Min 5 years’ experience in Sales, and business development or in rolling stock industry Highly developed interpersonal skills Excellent command in English language both oral and writing Computer knowledge and skills Good communication skill at negotiation and contracting Good at building customer relationship
