This role is pivotal in the construction/contractor industry, as it involves coordinating and monitoring field service activities, ensuring services are effective, and customer requirements are met. Responsibilities: • Coordinate field service activities for customers in the construction industry. • Monitor the effectiveness of field services and make necessary improvements. • Act as a support and guide for field service personnel, assisting them in meeting customer requirements. • Collaboratively work with the Roofing division to support Operations and Sales. • Utilize basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel to manage and organize work. • Deliver high-quality customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and account management details. • Schedule jobs for field technicians efficiently and effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in customer service is a must for maintaining positive relations with clients and vendors. • Basic computer skills are required to handle different types of software and online tools. • Experience in job scheduling is necessary for efficiently planning and coordinating tasks. • Strong scheduling ability is needed to manage timelines and ensure project completion. • Familiarity with managing field technicians is required for overseeing onsite activities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential for document creation and management. • Mastery of Microsoft Excel is required for data analysis and report generation. • Experience in account management is necessary for maintaining and growing client relationships.
