We are currently seeking an experienced Roofing Field Service Supervisor for our Rocky Hill, CT Office.

Salary is based on experience

This person will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Job Summary:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfactionProvide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsInspect service jobs for safety and workmanshipDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesScheduling and supervising up to 2-man crews, ensuring they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures

Candidate ​Qualifications:

Prior experience in Commercial Roofing is RequiredWorked with with rubber roofs, especially with leaks, Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safetyAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skillsMust live within 1 hour from branch office
