**Roofing Foreman**
**Job Description**
The Roofing Foreman will be responsible for running a site project and managing a crew of 3-6 workers. This hands-on leadership role requires extensive experience in commercial, low-slope roofing, with a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and technology proficiency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Run and oversee site projects.
+ Supervise a crew of 3-6 workers.
+ Demonstrate sufficient reading, writing, and math skills to comprehend and explain company safety policies and material instructions.
+ Communicate effectively to supervise employees and maintain customer relations.
+ Use technology proficiently, including tablets such as iPads.
+ Ensure reliable transportation and compliance with company standards.
+ Maintain a valid driver's license.
**Essential Skills**
+ 10+ years of experience in commercial, low-slope roofing.
+ Proficiency with technology, including tablets.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Ability to lead a team of 3-9 crew members.
+ Strong eye for safety.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to read drawings.
+ Physical capability to stand/walk for long periods, lift and carry materials weighing 50 pounds or more, climb ladders, scaffolds, and other structures, and carry tools and equipment.
+ Ability to work at heights and in extreme temperatures while wearing company safety equipment.
+ Experience with crew leadership and professional communication with customers.
+ Proficiency with leak investigations and roofing patch and repairs in various commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, Asphalt BUR/Gravel, EPDM, Cold Process, Fluid Applied).

**Work Environment**
The workday starts at the shop before heading to the site location, which will vary but will always be a commercial setting. The role requires the ability to identify existing and predictable hazards in the work surroundings, including unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous conditions, and to oversee and maintain company safety requirements.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Peoria, Illinois.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $80080.00 - $84240.00
