**Job Title: Roofing Foreman** **Job Description** Inspect roofs for damages and leaks. Perform roof repairs as needed. Complete field inspections. Develop a scope of work with a budget. Organize a materials list. Provide training, leadership, and direction to the field employees under your supervision. Train employees on safety procedures and safety equipment. Maximize productivity while maintaining job costs, installation quality, and employee safety. Ensure the proper utilization of materials and equipment. Plan, administrate, and participate as an instructor in Company-sponsored education programs for the workforce. Promote proper work ethic and enforce the Company’s policies, procedures, and practices.
