Direct Hire position$60,000.00 to $80,000.00 /annuallySalariedRecruit, interview, hire, and train new sales representatives, aiming to grow the team by 3-5 reps monthly.Create and implement a comprehensive training program within 30 days, including classroom and field training, with ongoing weekly and monthly sessions.Communicate sales targets, establish individualized goals, and ensure accountability for achieving company objectivesDevelop and manage incentive programs (e.g., contests, bonuses) to motivate the sales team and drive performance.Track analytics like close rates and sales trends to adapt training and improve team efficiency.Oversee and maintain customer relations, addressing complaints, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads within 24 hours.Manage sales tools like JobNimbus, ensuring all client information and communications are up to date and accessible.Identify emerging markets, develop territory-specific sales plans, and participate in events to expand company presence and revenue opportunities.Foster a collaborative and positive team culture through regular team-building activities and open communication.Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.Roofing Sales Manager - Sales & Recruitment Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team-building abilities to motivate and guide a sales team.Proficient in CRM software such as JobNimbus, CompanyCam, and Xactimate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and resolving complaints.Analytical skills to track sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies.Ability to create and implement training programs and ongoing educational opportunities for the sales team. Experience in developing and managing incentive programs to boost team morale and performance.Knowledge of emerging markets and strategies to expand territory-specific sales.
