Apple Roofing is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our Ft. Myers, FL team. In this key role, you will oversee service job scheduling, client communication, material management, and crew oversight. You will also support the sales department with job quotes when needed. Key Responsibilities:
· - Schedule service jobs and manage timelines effectively.
· - Communicate with clients before, during, and after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
· - Order and manage materials for upcoming jobs, maintaining accurate monthly inventory.
· - Conduct field checks on ongoing jobs and crews to ensure quality and compliance.
· - Assist the sales department with job quoting as needed.
· - Utilize AccuLynx, CompanyCam, and JobNimbus for project tracking and management.
· - Use Outlook for scheduling, communication, and task coordination.
Requirements
· - 3–5 years of experience in the roofing industry, with proven ability to manage or oversee crews.
· - Knowledge of AccuLynx, CompanyCam, and JobNimbus.
· - At least 1 year of experience using relevant programs.
· - Strong organizational and communication skills.
· - Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
· - Valid driver’s license required.
