We are currently seeking an experienced commercial Roofing Superintendent for our Jeffersonville, IN office.

Job Summary:

Supervise multiple production/service crewsPlanning and executing a successful projectWork closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager in ordering commercial roofing materials for projectsResponsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job siteDaily communications with the customer and employeesPlanning jobs for labor crewsResponsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspectionsResponsible for maintaining and managing job paperwork

Candidate Qualifications:

A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required3+ years experience in Project Management or Field SupervisionMUST have experience in commercial roofingRequires excellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership, management and project management skillsOrganizational and time management skillsComputer and Microsoft Office SkillsCapability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus
