We are currently seeking experienced commercial Roofing Superintendents in several market areas including: Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Louisville, and Fort Wayne for our Spec Division.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for supervising a large scale, new construction roofing project.

 Responsibilities Include:

Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is adhered toSupervise multiple roofing crews at job sites / facilitiesUnderstand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan detailsCommunicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflowResponsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilitiesPlan and execute a successful projectMust be willing to travelAbility to work overtime as needed

 Candidate Qualifications:

A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required Experience in Construction/Roofing Supervision Experience in commercial roofing a plusRequires excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership, management and project management skills Organizational and time management skills Computer and Microsoft Office Skills Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus
