Key Responsibilities:
Prepare guest rooms with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring they meet our Forbes Five-Star standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
Perform deep cleaning and daily upkeep, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing high-end amenities.
Inspect guest rooms and suites for maintenance or repair needs, promptly reporting any issues to the appropriate department.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring personalized and discreet service.
Maintain the cleanliness and elegance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, to create a seamless luxury experience.
Adhere to strict safety and security protocols to ensure a safe and serene environment for guests and colleagues.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to uphold the highest service standards and exceed guest expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior at least 3 months experience as a room attendant or a similar role in a luxury hotel preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience executing Forbes standards within a hospitality environment.
Knowledge of luxury cleaning techniques and premium products.
Strong understanding of guest service etiquette in a high-end resort setting.
