**Hotel:** Loveland Embassy Suites 4705 Clydesdale Pkwy Loveland, CO 80538 Room Service Associate Full time **Starting Compensation** $15.00/hr - $15.75/hr Expected Job Closing Date: 2025-03-27 **Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.** **_Atrium SPIRIT – Where teamwork, passion, & appreciation ignites service excellence._** **Job Description** **Primary Purpose:** The primary purpose of the Room Service Associate is to provide guests with an excellent room service experience. **Work Performed:** The Room Service Server will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: + Presentsmenus, answerguestquestions, and suggest food and beverageitems;  + Take food and beverage orders, relaying themtothekitchen; + Serveand deliverroom service itemstoguests;  + Compute bill and accepts payment, trackingsalesreceipts; + Report tipsfor taxprocessing; + Maintain wait station by keeping area tidy, clean, disinfectedand stocked withglasses, silverware, and relatedsupplies; + Set-up, delivery and presentation of room service orders and VIPamenities; + Coordinate amenity delivery request in connection with the kitchendepartment;  + Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions to managementand + Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position. **Qualifications:** **Required** **Prior Experience:** Prior customer service experience **Preferred Prior Experience:** Six (6) months of previous server, and/or cashier experience **Preferred Education:** High school diploma or equivalent **Required Licenses/ Certification:** Food Safety Training certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment.   Alcohol Awareness certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment   **Preferred Technology:** Previous experience with Micros operating system **Physical:** Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally Able to lift 10lbs regularly Able to push/pull 20lbs regularly Able to bend and squat repeatedly Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift **Other:** Flexible to work day shifts, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays At Atrium Hospitality, you’re a valued part of a team creating unforgettable guest experiences.
