Room Service Cashier (Start Date No Earlier Than March 17, 2025)

Position Start Date No Earlier Than March 17, 2025

Preferred Qualifications:   

English language communications required.  

Excellent telephone and guest services skills.  

Advanced computer skills.  

Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.  

Thorough knowledge of food and beverage terminology.  

 

Responsibilities:  

Takes and processes room service orders in a timely manner according to Loews standards.  

Posts Amenity charges to guest accounts.  

Completes room service paperwork to ensure proper billing of all charges to appropriate guest account.  

Maintains room service tracking and control records and files.  

Follows cash handling SOP and all other standards. 

Dispatch runners/server to handle guest requests.  

Other duties as assigned.
